“The Company is a growing business which has incurred considerable expenditure developing its products. The Directors have prepared financial forecasts for the next 12 months which show that there will not be any requirement for further funding following the capital injections provided by the shareholders in September 2025. In addition to this the Directors have received assurances that intercompany balances of £5,890,197 will not be recalled for payment until there is sufficient working capital available to facilitate repayment. Accordingly, the Directors believe it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.”
