“In preparing and approving these financial statements the directors have given due consideration to the Principal Risks and Uncertainties outlined in the Strategic Report. Whilst recognising that there can be no certainty the directors are satisfied that the going concern basis of preparation remains appropriate. Management have prepared a range of financial forecasts based upon various scenarios and, having considered the above factors and various other measures available to them, are satisfied that the company will be able to operate within its available facilities and continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future - being a period no less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
