The directors believe that adequate funding and investment, to ensure that the Company can meet its financial obligations as they fall due, will be available to the Company for the foreseeable future from the continued support of World Triathlon Corporation the group parent Company. The directors, having assessed the responses from the directors' of World Triathlon Corporation, believe they have no reason to believe that funding will not be made available to enable the company to pay its debts as they fall due.”
