The Company is dependent on the continuing receipt of funding from the parent company under the terms of a Services Agreement. As the parent company, the Libyan Investment Authority, is subject to international measures, a material uncertainty exists over the ability of the parent to continue to remit funds to the company. The Company notes, however, that no issues have been noted in receiving remittances of sufficient funds to enable the Company to meet its liabilities up to the date of the authorization of these financial statements.
