Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The company meets its day to day working capital requirements through cash generated from operations and group banking facilities. The company also has the continued financial support of its parent company and its shareholders. The company's forecasts and projections for the next twelve months show that the company should be able to continue in operational existence for that period, taking into account reasonable possible changes in trading performance. Based on the factors set out above the directors believe that it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “On 1 April 2025, following a group reconstruction, the company's immediate and ultimate parent became Minhoco 92 Limited.”
