• “In October 2024, AG Insurance (a subsidiary of Ageas SA/NV) announced that Interparking Group would acquire Saba Group and its subsidiaries. The arrangement completed on 1 October 2025. Interparking Group does not have any existing UK business and so the deal is not expected to impact the underlying operations of this Company.”
