“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The directors have based their assumption on forecasts through to 31 December 2026 together with support from the ultimate parent undertaking, Zurn Harvesting GmbH & Co.Kg. The director of the parent undertaking has confirmed their willingness to support the company if required. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
