“Although the Company is expected to cease trading within the next twelve months, the directors note that the wider group remains committed to delivering high-quality services to clients and continues to demonstrate strong performance across its operations. Detailed budgets and cash flow forecasts are prepared in collaboration with the Company's ultimate controlling party, Forvis Mazars LLP, and its subsidiaries for a period of not less than twelve months from the date of authorisation. Performance against targets is regularly reviewed, with forecasts updated to reflect current conditions. Having considered the detailed budgets and cash flow forecasts, the directors are satisfied that there are no material uncertainties which would cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future.”
