“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis as the Directors have concluded that the Company will generate sufficient cash flows for it to continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future. Joe & The Juice A/S, the ultimate parent company, will provide financial support to the Company upto the amount of the lost capital such that the Company is able to operate as a going concern and to settle its liabilities as they fall due, at least covering 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements.”
