“On 20 December 2024 the group completed a reorganization of its business which included the repayment of external debt in the Headhunter Systems Limited group. This is detailed in the post balance events note. The directors have reviewed the forecasts and strategic plans that were prepared as part of the reorganization and have concluded that Headhunter Systems Limited and its subsidiaries will continue to meet their obligations as the fall due. As a result they have concluded that the going concern basis for preparing the financial statements continues to be appropriate.”
