“The directors have assessed the going concern situation and have reasonable expectations that the Group has adequate resources to continue its operational existences in the foreseeable future. The Group received a letter of support from Tory Burch LLC, the Ultimate Parent, in which they have declared that Tory Burch LLC shall commit to support the Group financially in such manner that the Group is able to meet its requirements for at least 12 months from the date of these financial statements. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
