“The directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis. The directors have received confirmation from the parent company of its intention to financially support the Company such that the Company can meet those obligations as they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of the directors' approval of these financial statements. The Directors of the parent company have considered several scenarios over a period to 30 September 2026. This review has included consideration of the impact of different levels of trading, the variability of the Company's cost base, in particular committed land spend, different periods of effect and the ability of the Company to meet its banking covenants and continue to operate within its banking facilities maintaining substantial headroom. These reviews indicate that it is reasonable for the business to expect to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”
