“We draw attention to Note 13 in the consolidated financial statements, which indicates that Ugepa SA, a significant subsidiary of Valdeco Ltd, is subject to a judicial recovery procedure initiated on July 4, 2025. The court ruling on September 5, 2025 allowed continued operations, and the recovery plan was granted a 6 month extension on January 9, 2026. These events indicate a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the Group's ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.”
