“The company is reliant on the availability of banking facilities in order to meet its day to day working capital requirements. There are no indications that support will be withdrawn. On this basis the directors have concluded that the company will have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and meet obligations as they fall due. As such the financial statements are prepared on the going concern basis.”
