“In drawing their conclusion on going concern, they have taken account of the Company's anticipated performance together with a signed letter of support confirming that the parent company - Service Express EMEA Limited - will provide financial support and not seek repayment of intercompany balances, until such time as the Company is able to make repayment of these liabilities and wider liabilities without causing financial hardship and impairing the Company's ability to continue to operate as a going concern. They will provide ongoing financial support for at least 15 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. The Directors are satisfied that the parent company has the ability and willingness to provide this support when it is required and believe this to be an enforceable and committed commitment. Taking into account the above, the Directors are satisfied that the Company has the necessary financial resources and commitments to meet its liabilities as they fall due and the Directors intend to continue running the business throughout the going concern period. Accordingly, these financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis.”
