Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. While the financial statements show a significant increase in net current liabilities, and net loss for the year, the company has positive net worth, and adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Therefore, the directors deem it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “Looking ahead, the company's focus is on strengthening its financial and operational foundation. A top priority for the coming year is to reduce costs and align margins with industry benchmarks. This will be achieved through greater operational efficiency, smarter resource allocation, and streamlined processes.”
- “Achieving sustainable profitability remains a key objective. By focusing on higher-margin areas and implementing stricter cost controls, the company plans to deliver consistent financial performance in the year ahead.”
- “Concurrently, the company will focus on expanding its product range, with an emphasis on sustainable materials and designs that reflect evolving customer preferences.”
