“The Directors have produced cash flow forecasts which indicate sufficient funds are in place to meet all liabilities as they are projected to fall due for payment for the forecast period to March 2027, as well as complying with covenants for the forecast period. Taken together the Directors have concluded that there are no material uncertainties over adopting the going concern basis at the time of signing the financial statements. In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

• “Following the year end, a change in the underlying market dynamic for the payment of water charges resulted in a temporary material cash outflow impacting working capital. This resulted in a technical breach of the financial covenant under our term loan facility in the follow group company Neptune 789 Limited as at 30 September 2025. Shortly after this date, the material working capital was reversed and the lender provided a formal waiver on 11th December confirming that it will not exercise its rights to demand immediate repayment as a result of the breach.”
