“We believe that the company's financial statements should be prepared on a going concern basis on the grounds that current and future sources of funding or support will be more than adequate for the company's needs. The ultimate parent company, S.A. Damm, has the financial resources available to provide on-going financial support to Damm 1876 Ltd and the parent company will extend the credit facility in place should it be required to enable Damm 1876 Ltd to continue its operations for at least one year from the date of signing of this report.”

- “At the end of 2022, Damm 1876 acquired the Eagle Brewery in Bedford. This strategic operation played an important role in establishing a strong position for the Damm portfolio as a superpremium offering in the UK market. 2024 has been the first full year of brewing and kegging our draught beers, mainly Estrella Damm and Victoria Málaga, while a canning line has been commissioned and is expected to be operative in 3Q 2025.”
