The directors prepare financial forecasts and monitor financial performance of the property development and funding on an ongoing basis. McLaren Property Holdco Limited have indicated that they will provide support such that the company can meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The financial statements have therefore been prepared on the going concern basis.”
