“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and that the ultimate controlling party will continue to provide support. The immediate parent company has provided written assurance that it will continue to provide extended supplier credit and financial assistance as required for at least a period of twelve months from the date of the signing of these accounts. Hence the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these financial statements.”
