  We draw attention to Note 1 to the financial statements which indicates that the Group and Parent Company require additional funding for which there are currently no binding agreements in place and therefore there is no certainty that it will be secured within the necessary timescale. As stated in Note 1, these events or conditions, along with other matters as set forth in Note 1, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Group and Parent Company’s ability to continue as a going concern.
