“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. As the Company is a holding company and does not trade, the directors have reviewed the cash flow forecasts and projections of the Company's and its trading subsidiary, Camden BSF SPV Limited. The directors have concluded that the Company has adequate resources to continue to meet its current and future obligations. As a result, the Company therefore continues to adopt a going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
