“The group has a history of meeting all obligations when they fall due and strong lending and growth in the business ensure it is able to expand operations and continue with its impeccable debt service record. Current trading reflects a slight deterioration in collections from customers attributable to the current economic climate. With the level of financial support from the lenders and shareholders, the directors expectation is that they will be able to meet the liabilities as they fall due in the next 12 months. The financial statements are therefore prepared on a going concern basis. We have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the group's and parent company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
