Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

- Old Mill Audit Limited
- Audit opinion
- Unqualified (clean)
- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “The company continues to win work in a competitive marketplace and look forward to an upturn in the overall economic environment, feeding through to increased work opportunities. The company has a strong order book and continues to see opportunity and growth through lower-risk government funded, healthcare, education and MOJ and MOD sectors.”
- “The company has engaged with Octopus in 2024 offering electric vehicles to mitigate its impact on the environment and as a benefit to further attract and retain high quality employees. Uptake has been positive.”
- “The company continues to see an increase in expenditure within the MOD and MOJ sectors of its marketplace, leading larger and longer projects being secured.”
- “Corporate Social Responsibility continues to be an important factor to demonstrate our values and bring people together. The company has organised several soup runs during the year, feeding up to 80 people each night, providing sleeping bags, warm food and a listening ear to those in need within the community. Other social value efforts include employees undertaking litter picks, office challenges such as our forthcoming 'Wheels and Heels' challenge with 3 teams running, walking and riding 30 miles, 20 miles and 100 miles respectively to support local charities. We continue to use the technical skills within the business to provide support to refurbish local community projects.”
