“At the balance sheet date the Company had net current liabilities of £4,379,168 (2023: £4,326,240). The Directors have received confirmation via separate letters of support that Aviva Investors REALM Ground Rent Limited Partnership intends to support the Company to enable it to meet its obligations as they fall due. The Directors have adopted the going concern in preparing the financial statements.”
