“The Directors have reviewed the current and projected financial position of the Company, making reasonable assumptions about future trading performance. After making enquiries, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and on this basis the Directors have adopted the going concern in preparing the financial statements.”

• “In March 2022, the independent valuer appointed to provide valuation advice in respect of the Company's assets declared a material valuation uncertainty ("MVU") over residential buildings impacted, or potentially impacted, by building safety issues requiring remediation.”
• “Consequently, redemptions in the Unit Trust were suspended in Q2 2022 to protect the interests of the Company and all investors. This suspension remained in force throughout 2025.”
