“The Company meets its day-to-day working capital requirement from its own financial resources and the financial support of its immediate parent undertaking who is also the sole customer. The directors believe that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis, which assumes that the Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, on the basis of the Company's plans and the continued support of its immediate parent undertaking. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
