“The company has net current assets of £0.2m as at 31 December 2024 (2023: net current liabilities £1.3m) and the directors have performed a review of its cash forecasts to 31 December 2026. The forecasts show a negative cash position of £587,000 at the end of 2026, confirming the need to maintain the parent company's support. The company's ultimate parent undertaking, Airbus Group SE, has provided a parental letter of support confirming it shall continue to provide financial support, up to the historical maximum funding limit of €3,800,000, to enable the company to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period to 31 December 2026. The directors have made appropriate and sufficient enquiries to satisfy themselves that the ultimate parent company is capable of providing the stated support and, accordingly, these financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis.”
