“The directors have considered the company's cash flow forecast for the period to the end of July 2027 and are satisfied that the company, taking account of the company's reasonably possible changes in trading performance and the current funds available, is able to operate for at least twelve months from the signing of the Annual Report and Financial Statements. For this reason the directors believe that the company has adequate resource to continue in operational existence and therefore it is appropriate that the company continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Annual Report and Financial Statements.”
