“The directors have at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the Company have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Company has secured loans guaranteed by Mitsui & Co. Ltd (the Parent) to cover expenditures for a period of 12 months after the date of signing of these financial statements. These loans were rolled over in December 2024 and January 2025 and are borrowed until 15 December 2025. Under the terms of the Loan Facility the loans remain in place until 31st March 2026. The Directors intend to further roll over these loans for another year until December 2026 and the related Loan Facility until March 2027 thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
