“The Company's financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis which assumes an ability to continue operating for the foreseeable future. The company generated a loss for the year of £1,183,946 (2024: £67,954) and had net assets of £503,695 at 31 March 2025. The company receives financial support from group companies and has no reason to believe that this support will not be continued. On this basis the accounts have been prepared on the going concern basis.”
