“The Board of Directors considers the NRCDES to be sufficiently financially stable to meet its obligations and continue its business for the foreseeable future. This view is based on the budget forecasts for 2025 to 2026 and longer-term projections for following years. The NRCDES has appropriate levels of cash reserves and considers that income streams are sufficiently secure to suggest that no uncertainty exists in this respect.”
