The directors have assessed the impact of this operational change on the Company's cash flows and ability to meet its obligations as they fall due. The Company has received a confirmation certification from its parent company, confirming that it will provide sufficient funding for at least 12 months from the date of signature of the financial statements for the period ended 30 September 2025. Accordingly, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
