“In carrying out their duties in respect of going concern, the Directors have reviewed the Group's forecasted cashflows, borrowing facilities and expected operational activities of the Group. The forecasts demonstrate that the Group has sufficient cash reserves available to pay all debts as they fall due and is forecast to remain in compliance with the terms of its borrowing facilities for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. As such the Directors believe that the Astrid and Miyu Group has adequate resources to continue to operate for the foreseeable future and thus consider it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these financial statements.”
