“As outlined further in note 3.2 to the financial statements, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has access to adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the going concern assessment period to 31 July 2027. No material uncertainties that could cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern have been identified. In forming this conclusion, the Directors have also taken into account a corporate support letter issued by the ultimate parent company.”
