“As at 31 December 2024, the Company's financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. This basis is supported by a review of SCID's existing credit lines and its high credit ratings, as well as SCID's audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024, which were also prepared on a going concern basis. SGID has also committed to provide financial support, including an irrevocable cross guarantee of the USD 650m bond which was repaid by SGID on behalf of the Company in April 2025. This commitment further strengthens the Company's position and supports the going concern assumption. Please see note 1.3 which provides additional detail over the entity's ability to continue as a going concern.”
