“The directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis, which assumes that the company will continue in operation for at least 12 month from the date of signing. This basis of accounting is adopted on the premise that the company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due and continue to operate its business without significant curtailment. Management are comfortable with this basis, as the entity receives funding from the wider group as it is required and the parent entity has provided a letter of support guaranteeing such funding for at least 12 months from the date of signing.”
