“The directors have been reviewing operations of the group companies and their ability to continue activities, in the year contracts were completed for new construction work being an office in Middlesbrough. At the current time further property development projects are being evaluated. At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the group companies have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
