Material uncertainty over going concern
The directors have assessed the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The directors note that the company is intending to hive up the trade and assets to the parent company (Egis UK - Consulting & Engineering UK Ltd) during FY2026 and consequently the company would no longer be considered a going concern. Having reviewed the planned transaction, the directors have confirmed that the company will continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due and contractual obligations and operations will continue under the new entity in the form of novated agreements. Further, the parent company has confirmed that they are willing and able to provide financial support as required to enable the company to meet its obligations. Consequently, whilst the accounts have been prepared on a basis other than a going concern basis, the directors consider that there is no impact on the financial statements as a result of this conclusion.
