“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the Directors believe to be appropriate for the following reason. In addition to its own cash resources the company has access to additional funding from its parent company under a support letter. Global University Systems Holding B.V. has agreed to continue to provide financial and other support to the company for the foreseeable future as required to enable it to continue to trade.”
