“The Company is financed by banking facilities accessed through a UK group cash pooling arrangement operated by the Company's ultimate parent undertaking. The Company's forecasts and projections, taking account of reasonably possible changes in performance, show that the Company is able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least the next 12 months. The directors have reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources with support from its ultimate parent undertaking and the wider group, to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. In making this assessment, the directors have also considered the ability of the parent and the group to forecast and provide the necessary support. Therefore, the Company continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
