  Accounts not prepared on a going-concern basis

  In preparing these financial statements the Directors have considered the appropriateness of the going concern basis. Subsequent to the reporting date, on 15th April 2026, the Company disposed of the final engine in the portfolio for a no gain / no loss. Following this disposal, the directors determined that the Company has completed its business purpose and do not intend to undertake further trading activities. The directors intend to place the Company into a Members' Voluntary Liquidation following the settlement of its remaining obligations and distribution of surplus funds to the shareholders. Accordingly, the directors consider that it is not appropriate to prepare these financial statements on a going concern basis and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a basis other than that of a going concern.
