“The company reported a loss for the year of £26,922 (2024: Profit of £27,018) and has continued to experience challenging trading conditions since the year end. Having considered in detail it's options, the On Line group board has commenced the implementation of an improvement strategy designed to increase future profitability and provide additional working capital. These assumptions are included within detailed projections prepared for the group, which show that for a period of 12 months from the date of these financial statements the group will be able to settle its future obligations as they fall due. The directors have therefore prepared the financial statements for the company on a going concern basis.”
