Significant events

• “Revenue decreased in fiscal 2025 versus 2024 due to the flow of customer demand. Margins showed a nominal decrease versus the prior year which ultimately lead for the Company to opt to discontinue operations. The Directors have decided to wind down the Company's operations over the next year, and therefore do not consider the going concern basis of accounting to be appropriate. This resulted for the Company to move to a dormant status in fiscal year 2026 until there is demand for further services in the UK.”
