“The directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis, which assumes that the company will continue in operation for at least 12 month from the date of signing. This basis of accounting is adopted on the premise that the company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due and continue to operate its business without significant curtailment. Management are comfortable with this basis. The company has stable and predictable cashflows from the collection of its revenue, allowing for accurate long-range forecasting. Additionally, the entity receives funding from the wider group to fund its investments as it is required and the parent entity has provided a letter of support guaranteeing such funding for at least 12 months from the date of signing.”
