“The going concern basis of accounting is considered to be appropriate for the company as there are no material uncertainties in existence. The company is not trading and therefore the balance sheet position is expected to remain the same, subject to dividends received from it's investments. As explained in Note 10 the company is part of an omnibus bank arrangement and given the current economic uncertainty the ultimate parent company, Quality Holidays Assured Limited, has provided a letter of support for the period covering at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements, which includes confirmation it will not seek repayment of £100,348 included in creditors. The directors have evaluated the ability of Quality Holidays Assured Limited to provide this support in the context of the group structure and activities of fellow subsidiaries and have not identified any material uncertainties in this regard. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
