“The company incurred a net loss of £5,131,570 (2023: £1,793,202) during the year ended 30 March 2024 and, at that date, the company had net current liabilities of £26,803,513 (2023: £21,691,448). These conditions along with the other matters explained in note 1.3 of the financial statements, indicate the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements do not include the adjustments that would result if the company was unable to continue as a going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter. / The company is reliant on the continued financial support from its ultimate parent undertaking, Maroush Group Holdings Limited and its other subsidiaries, in order to meet its obligations as they fall due. The company has a net liability position amounting to £26,407,162 (2023: £21,275,592) as at 30 March 2024. At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company, with the support of Mr. Abouzaki, has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
