“The Directors have assessed the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern for next 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Company is assured by its majority owner, Kimmeridge US, and has the ability to draw on the capital resources of Kimmeridge US, should the need arise. The Directors have concluded that there are no material uncertainties that may cast significant doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Accordingly, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
