“Having reviewed the company's financial forecasts and expected future cash flows, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the going concern basis has been adopted in preparing the financial statements for the year ended 31 January 2025.”

- “On 10 February 2025, the company entered into a new loan facility with HSBC UK for £4 million. The facility was entered into to refinance the existing RLS (Recovery Loan Scheme) borrowing. The loan bears interest at a rate of 2.5% per annum over the Bank of England base rate, calculated on the outstanding principal and payable quarterly. The facility is repayable in full three years from the date of drawdown. As the loan agreement was finalised after the reporting date of 31 January 2025, it is considered a non-adjusting post-balance sheet event, and no adjustments have been made to the financial statements in respect of this transaction.”
