Based on the information currently available at the signing date, management has determined that while it is possible that a liability may arise, the likelihood of an outflow of resources is not considered probable at this stage. Accordingly, no provision has been recognized in the financial statements. The Company will continue to monitor the progress of the proceedings and will recognize a provision when an obligation becomes probable and can be reasonably estimated.”
