“The directors have adopted the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these financial statements. Based on this assessment, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that the going concern assessment period and thus that it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”

- “During 2025, escalating geopolitical tensions in the middle east, including military operations involving Iran and subsequent developments, contributed to significant uncertainty in global energy markets and increased volatility in international oil and gas prices. These events have led, among other things, to an increase in the volatility of oil and gas prices in international markets. As of the financial statement date, the Company is unable to determine the possible consequences of this event on its operations and results with precision, but is actively undertaking an assessment of the potential impacts and exploring alternatives to protect the project timetable should these be required. On 16 March 2026, the Company agreed an extension of the lease for its main office premises for a further five-year term. This represents a non-adjusting post balance sheet event and has not been reflected in the measurement of the lease liability at 31 December 2025.”
